Setting Up Your Email
In Mac Mail
In Mac Mail, go to the Mail menu and click on Preferences.

Click the Accounts icon in the Mail Preferences window.
Click + to create a new account.

Select POP from the drop down menu.
Enter your email information:
User Infomation:
Your Name: This is the name that will be displayed when sending your email
Email Address: The email address people will reply to when receiving email from you
Logon Infomation:
User Name: This is your email address again
Password: Please refer to your email setup document

From the Outgoing Mail Server dropdown select Add Server.
Enter the Outgoing Mail server information.
Server Information:
Incoming Server (POP3): thrain.visn.co.uk or lindir.visn.co.uk (please refer to your setup document)
Outgoing Server (SMTP): This will be your Internet Service Providers mail server
You will need to put your Internet Service Provider email address in the User Name field
You will need to put your Internet Service Provider email address password in the Password field

Advanced Settings:
Ensure that the "Remove copy from the server after retrieving a message" option is unticked.

Click the red button in the very top-left corner of the dialogue box, then Click "Save".
